At Encore Bank, we want you to bank the way you want to bank! Whether it's in our offices, on the phone, or online — we are committed to providing you with unprecedented levels of service. That's why we have launched a NEW digital banking platform. The upgraded platform is designed to make your banking experience faster, simpler, and more secure and convenient than ever before!
To ensure our clients have the support they need during this transition, we are rolling out our new upgrade in two waves.
First Wave: September 19
Business clients who are currently using Bill Pay and all personal banking clients will be moved to the new platform. You will need to uninstall the old mobile app (the one with a white icon) and download the new version (identified by its blue icon). You can find the new app, by searching "Encore Bank Mobile" in the app store. To get started, follow the 3 Easy Steps shown below.
Second Wave: October 3
All remaining business clients who are not currently use Bill Pay will be moved to the new system.
